Synopsis:
Rip Carter and the Boy Commandos travel to Switzerland in pursuit of Case 13, a master of disguise. They stay at a Swiss lodge and dodge several murder attempts. Rip eventually learns that the other lodge guests are international policemen also in search of Case 13. Rip believes one is the disguised assassin, so he sends them all notes. The real Case 13, who was disguised as the lodge owner, escapes, but the Commandos and other lawmen are safe.
