Synopsis:
While flying aboard a plane over a remote corner of the world, Clark Kent notices the plane's fuel supply is in jeopardy. He falls out of the plane in order to fix it as Superman, but those aboard believe Clark has fallen to his death.

While trying to come up with an explanation for Clark's survival, Superman discovers an isolated country hidden in the mountains. The people have not advanced in hundreds of years and are ruled by a slave-owning tyrant, Eldric. Superman poses as a slave, while secretly bankrupting the tyrant. Eldric is forced to release his slaves and become a farmer. Clark then explains his survival to the search teams by claiming to have fallen in a lake.
