Comments:
Buddy Baker continues to operate without a costumed name and identity in this story.

Synopsis:
Buddy Baker's friend Roger tells him that another alien ship has landed outside of town. When they investigate they see two aliens riding a giant beast walking through town. The aliens fire a hate-ray at them which causes everyone nearby except Buddy to become violent. The ray restores Buddy's animal powers, which he uses to subdue Roger and the townspeople.

Buddy then follows the aliens whom he learns are searching for a weapon buried in the woods. Buddy battles them using his animal powers and gets the weapon first. He uses the weapon on the aliens which forces them into submission. Buddy forces them to reverse the effects of their hate-ray and leave the planet. Buddy then destroys the weapon he used. However, his animal power appear to be permanently restored.
