Synopsis:
A gang of crooks threaten local businesses with crimson arrow rockets that will destroy their shops. A jeweler alerts Green Arrow, who then tracks down the blackmailers. The archer is captured by the crooks. He is then forced to watch as they strap Speedy to one of the missiles. Green Arrow reaches his bow and shoots an arrow to divert Speedy's rocket. The crooks then try to kill Green Arrow, but Speedy comes to his rescue. The archers then finish off the gang.
