Synopsis:
Superboy returns two escapees Socker and Red from a reform school. He offers to stay at the school to act as temporary warden in an attempt to straighten out the boys. Socker and Red make several attempts to start trouble, but the Boy of Steel handles them all. He gives the boys encouragement toward using their skills for honest careers. He then instills a sense of purpose by building a football team. When the boys have another opportunity to escape, they pass it up and help Superboy fight a fire. Superboy's efforts ensure that the boys will reform.
