Synopsis:
Superboy helps with the training of a group of amateur boxers. Tom, the son of former boxer Kayo Burke, spars with Superboy in the ring. Superboy goes down, earning Tom a good reputation.

Gamblers approach Burke to get his son to throw a big fight. Burke initally tries to convince his son to go along with the crooks, but during the fight changes his mind. Superboy, who is refereeing the fight outwits the crooks' plan to fix the fight. Tom wins, and the gamblers are caught.
