Synopsis:
Johnny Chambers films three special events with the help of Albert Madison. When the film is brought back to the studio for viewing, Madison claims that he switched the film with a special "future film" that shows future events, one hour before they happen. The film Johnny shot appears to prove that the film works. In each case the film shows a disaster, which Johnny himself did not witness.

With little time remaining, Johnny Quick races to the scene of each event and prevents the accidents from happening. He discovers that the accidents were caused by saboteurs working for Madison. Madison hoped to prove his prefabricated films could show the future, so that he could make a fortune. Johnny Quick's intervention proves that the films were a hoax. Madison and his men are then jailed for the sabotage.
