Synopsis:
Johnny Quick meets Otis Baybridge, a wealthy man who fears water. Thugs try to cause Baybridge to have a mental breakdown by exposing him to water. Johnny protects Otis, then learns that the fear originated from an experience in the desert with Baybridge's former partner Jim Logan. Johnny finds Logan alive and brings him to Baybridge. Johnny then discovers that Otis's heir Ronald was behind the water attacks. Johnny apprehends Ronald and cures Otis's fear by reuniting him with Logan.
