Synopsis:
Hippity sneaks into the hangar locker room and steals a piece of paper. A guard catches him and turns the boy over to Miss Snap. The paper contains a puzzle that reveals how the latest plane, the X-37-D is being sabotaged.

Hippity runs away, but he stows away aboard the saboteurs plane. He causes trouble for the spy and signals Hop and Tank. Hop deals with the enemy agents and brings Hippity home.
