Synopsis:
Locksley Smith has a obsessive compulsion to open any lock he sees. When he is arrested for jaywalking, he opens all the prisoners' cells. The crooks, led by Bigpig Bickford take Locksley with them to assist them in crime.

Green Lantern follows Bigpig and his gang, but is knocked out when he finds them. The gang kidnaps Doiby Dickles and forces him to drive them to the pier. They then force Smith to open an underwater safe. Green Lantern recovers and rescues Smith, while the crooks escape in Doiby's cab. Doiby knocks out the driver, delaying them until GL can capture them. Green Lantern then finds Smith an honest job.
