Synopsis:
Johnny Quick sets out to help his friend, ex-G.I. Chuck Thompson. Thompson runs a delivery service that guarantees prompt delivery, or it will pay one thousand dollars. Gang boss Zero Burns has sabotaged Thompson's delivery trucks, so that the deliveries can't be made. Johnny begins making deliveries instead.

Burns orders his men to schedule several deliveries containing items that would be destroyed if Johnny used his incredible speed. Johnny uses his wits to complete the deliveries. Then he discovers Burns is behind the sabotage of the trucks. Johnny locates the crooks and apprehends them for the police.
