Synopsis:
Aquaman creates a wildlife preserve for fish. When someone begins killing fish from the preserve Aquaman wonders why. When he sees the killer shooting an Opah, he comes to the rescue. He manages to save the fish, but the killer gets away. Aquaman then deduces that the killer is using the fish as signals to alert his gang of his whereabouts. Aquaman finds the crooks on Stark Island and apprehends them with loot stolen from a freighter.
