Synopsis:
When the entire police force of Westville is hospitalized due to smoke-inhalation, Johnny Quick becomes a one-man police force. Johnny must ensure that several freight trucks make it through town successfully. The local mob wants to stop the trucks, so they try to create traffic problems. Johnny outwits the mobsters plans. The trucks make their scheduled deliveries, and the mob is apprehended.
