Synopsis:
Johnny and Tubby visit a school for mischievous boys. The teacher is so distraught by the boys' pranks that he wants to quick. Johnny offers to give him a break and let Tubby take charge of the class. Tubby becomes the boys' target, but Johnny secretly uses his powers to make the pranks backfire. The boys finally give up and behave. The regular teacher returns, impressed by Tubby's ability to discipline the class.
