Synopsis:
Joe Moxie and his gang of racketeers take to the seas running a protection scam. Aquaman tries to stop them, but the crooks surprise him. Aquaman is tied in a fishing net and thrown into the ocean. Fortunately a fishing boat catches him. Once Aquaman is freed by the fishermen, he sabotages the racketeers' boat and gets them to surrender.
