Synopsis:
Aquaman is powerless to stop a pirate navy assembled by Admiral Duko to raid freighters. Aquaman devises a plan to use a fish navy to combat Duko's forces. The fish are able to protect a gold shipment from the outlaw navy. Aquaman's plan is successful in stopping the enemy ships, but Duko escapes with the gold. Aquaman is able to follow Duko and apprehend him with the help of a radio planted inside one of the stolen crates.
