Synopsis:
Professor Lang rescues an ape named Mogo from a cruel animal trainer. Lana and Clark join the professor in taking the Mogo back to his jungle homeland. They also intend to stop the animal smuggling operation responsible for taking Mogo. Lana is captured by the smugglers. Superboy tries to rescue her, but he encounters a Kryptonite statue which leaves him powerless. Mogo rescues Superboy, who then stops the smugglers.
