Synopsis:
Superboy becomes a camp counselor at a summer camp for boys. He is assigned three problem boys who have an unspoken grudge against him. Superboy learns that the boys are from the same neighborhood as Spike Rickert, a gangster. Spike is the boys' hero and hate Superboy for arresting him.

When Spike escapes from prison, the boys try to help move him. However, they learn that Spike is truly a gangster and is only using them. The boys then try to stop Spike on their own. Superboy gives the boys the opportunity to prove themselves by assisting in his capture.
