Synopsis:
The Toyman escapes from prison, then begins posing as a French toymaker. He builds expensive toys for the children of several rich families. He then makes a series of bizarre thefts. Superman catches up to the Toyman and rescues the families who are in danger. After capturing the Toyman, he learns that Toyman had been stealing objects which contained hidden treasure from the French revolution.
