Comments:
Bulldozer is mistakenly called Blockbuster in this story.
This story contains a flashback to the campaign in North Africa. It also shows Rock as a Sergeant training in the United States. Since Rock became a sergeant early in the North African campaign, he must have briefly returned home for additional training.
Synopsis:
Little Sure-Shot and Sgt. Rock work together to take out an enemy sniper's nest and tank. Rock recalls how Little Sure-Shot was at his best in the jungle during basic training operations. However, Easy's first assignment was in the desert of North Africa, where Sure-Shot's natural abilities weren't applicable. In an effort to prove himself and earn his feather, Little Sure-Shot crossed the desert and destroyed an enemy tank. He earned a feather which he took from a passing buzzard.
