Synopsis:
Wildcat and Stretch Skinner visit the race track where they learn that a gambling racket is trying to eliminate one of the horses. They stop the crooks from starting a fire, but the crooks are able to overpower Stretch and steal the horse. Wildcat follows their tire tracks and recovers the horse in time for the race. However, the horse owner is too shaken up to drive the horse in the chariot race. Wildcat substitutes himself as the driver and wins the race.
