Synopsis:
Tubby pledges to join a teenage club known as the Block-Busters. To earn membership he must spend the night in a haunted house outside of town. Tubby enters the house and soon discovers a gang of counterfeiters working inside. He runs out of the house and summons Little Boy Blue and Toughy. Together they stop the counterfeiters.

However, during the fight, the other Block-Busters arrive at the house intending to scare Tubby. They watch the Blue Boys defeat the gang, but can't find Tubby who is in costume. Tubby can't reveal his secret, so the club denies him membership.
