Synopsis:
Etta Candy receives word from one of the Holliday Girls, Patsy Peters, that Fair Weather Valley is threatened by Blue Snow created by the Snow Man. Diana Prince and Steve Trevor fly to the Valley. Their plane is brought down by snow. Wonder Woman saves Steve, then investigates the town.

The blue snow has crippled the town and paralyzes Patsy. The Snow Man has made a blackmail demand and sends a robot to retrieve the money. Wonder Woman stops the robot, but is caught by her own lasso. The Snow Man attempts to freeze her with snow. The Amazon escapes and forces the Snow Man to turn off his snow machine. She then exposes the Snow Man as Miss Brilyant, daughter of the snow's inventor.
