Synopsis:
While stopping a gang of crooks with the Blue Boys, Toughy gets a black eye. When he returns home his mother scolds him for fighting. She forces him to wear sissy clothes and stay away from Tommy and Tubby. He is still able to warn his friends when he learns about a planned robbery.

Tommy and Tubby go alone to stop the robbery at a grocery store. They are losing the fight, when Toughy's mother sends him to the store on an errand. Toughy arrives in time to help his friends, but receives another black eye in the process. He tells his mother that he helped Little Boy Blue, so she agrees to stop trying to change him.
