Synopsis:
Percy Pringle, a spoiled rich boy, pulls himself out of the local club because he is selfish. When Percy leaves the club, the other boys lose their money for equipment and their clubhouse. Tommy, Toughy, and Tubby approach the bank for a loan, but their effort is denied. Then they stop a bank robbery as the Blue Boys.

The boys decide to visit Percy and see if they can get him back. When they arrive, they witness Percy being kidnapped. Little Boy Blue and the Blue Boys go into action and save Percy. Then they talk Percy into returning to the club.
