Synopsis:
Tommy and his friends visit the circus with their friend Harold Barnes. Harold witnesses crooks letting a lion out of its cage to provide a distraction for a box office robbery. When the crooks see Harold they take him hostage to use as a shield.

Little Boy Blue and the Blue Boys stop the panic and return the lion to its cage. Next they stop the crooks and rescue Harold. The Blue Boys then leave the scene, so that Harold gets credit for stopping the crooks. Later at school, Harold is praised as a hero.
