Synopsis:
Alan Scott attends the centennial celebration of Plateau City. The city hopes to draw tourists to the city where gold was once discovered. During the festivities, the crowd is drawn out of town by someone claiming to have discovered a new supply of gold.

While attention is focused outside of town crooks raid the museum of the gold displays. Green Lantern is suspicious of trouble and catches the thieves. In the process, he discovers a supply of mineral spring water. The springs give the city an ongoing source of tourism.
