Synopsis:
The Fiddler kidnaps master violinist Vardo Vanessi and replaces him during a concert. The audience boos him offstage, so he steals the charity donations. The Flash is in attendance and tries to stop him, but the Fiddler escapes after knocking him out.

Flash plans a trap for the Fiddler, using a rare violin as bait. Fiddler realizes it is a trap and is prepared when the Flash tries to stop him. Flash is apparently killed, allowing the Fiddler to stage another robbery. However, the Flash faked his demise and stops the Fiddler from stealing a manuscript. He then releases Vanessi and turns the Fiddler into the authorities.
