Synopsis:
Several underworld leaders meet to plot against Superboy. They pool their resources and hire the mysterious crook known as the Planner to eliminate the Boy of Steel. When the crooks strike, the Planner is able to neutralize Superboy by overloading his senses, allowing the gang to escape. After two successful crimes, Superboy finds the crooks and alters the Planner's instructions. One of the gang leaders is secretly the Planner, so he knows that Superboy has set a trap. Despite being forewarned, the crooks are unable to stop Superboy, and he apprehends them.
