This is the first Superbaby story.

This story contains four flashbacks to Superboy's time as a baby.

Flashback 1: (page 4, panels 4-5) The Kents find Clark's rocket. This flashback recounts scene 4 in the third story of More Fun Comics #101 (page 3, panel 6 - page 4, panel 2).

Flashback 2: (page 4, panel 6 - page 5, panel 2) Martha Kent makes Clark's playsuit.

Flashback 3: (page 5, panel 3 - page 7, panel 2) The Kents discover Clark's vision powers.

Flashback 4: (page 7, panel 3 - page 12, panel 5) Superbaby's first adventure.

Flashbacks 2-4 occur chronologically between flashback 2 in the first story of Superboy #23 (page 3, panel 5) and flashback 1 in the first story of Superboy #26 (page 3, panel 4).

Synopsis:
Clark Kent reviews a photo album of his Superboy career. His mother then tells him a story about when he was Superbaby. Martha tells him about how the Kents discovered his super powers. Soon after while staying with a babysitter, Clark went outside and encounters a gang of crooks. The gang grabbed Clark to use as a hostage against police, but Clark's mischievous use of his powers was able to overcome them. When the Kents returned, they were able to cover up Clark's powers and protect his secret.
