Synopsis:
Criminals steal several dragon's teeth from a private collection. They plant the teeth in public where they grow into soldiers. The soldiers soon try to rob banks, so Superboy apprehends them and puts them in prison.

When two large groups of soldiers are imprisoned they stage the breakout of gang boss Big Boy Talbot. Superboy allows them to escape. He has deduced that the dragon's teeth were a hoax, and that the soldiers were used for the prison break.

Superboy follows Talbot and the other escaped prisoners to their stolen loot. He then captures them and returns the crooks to prison.
