Synopsis:
Racketeer Philip Foxworth stumbles upon an invention that he believes will defeat Superboy. He contacts various underworld crime lords and gets them to give him their valuables. He then turns the machine on Superboy. The Boy of Steel appears to be weakened by the device, so more crooks pay Foxy to use it. Superboy then reveals that he was feigning weakness in order to recover stolen loot and capture the crooks. The invention was really just a prop intended for use in a demonstration by the Inventors of America.
