Synopsis:
One of Lana Lang's classmates, Alan wants to date Lana. She refuses him prefering Clark Kent instead. When Alan learns that Lana suspects Clark is Superboy he tries to prove that Clark isn't the Boy of Steel.

Alan and Lana create several traps for Superboy. Clark uses his powers to conveniently elude the traps, but Lana still remains unconvinced. Finally, Clark stages an auto accident and is sent to the hospital for a few days. While Lana is visiting him, he inflates his costume and uses it to stop some crooks nearby. Lana is convinced, temporarily at least, but she still refuses Alan's request for a date.
