Synopsis:
While Clark Kent is swimming, he hides his Superboy costume. A timid boy named Bob Cummins finds the costume and uses it to impress a girl he likes. Superboy secretly helps Bob overcome his timidness and win the girl.

Before Superboy can retrieve his costume from Bob, Mr. Bell finds it. The man is honest, but down on his luck. He decides to use the costume for crime, but once he begins he realizes his mistake. Mr. Bell returns what he stole and throws the costume away.

The costume is then found by a con man who demonstrates the indestructible fabric to potential buyers. The buyers buy ordinary material thinking it is made from the same fabric of the costume. Superboy exposes the con man, returns the swindled money, and finally gets his costume back.
