Synopsis:
Hal Colby is released from prison where Superboy put him years ago. He sets out to prove Superman’s secret identity. To do so, Colby becomes a TV producer and begins a special on Superman. When questioning several of Superman’s friends he believes Clark Kent could be Superman. Colby then visits the old Kent house in Smallville and discovers the secret tunnel.
Colby is now ready to reveal his knowledge on live television. Clark knows what Colby is up to, so when the crook threatens to blow up Clark with dynamite if he doesn’t reveal his powers, Clark does not react. The dynamite is fake, and Colby is disgraced. Superman also has Krypto dig several tunnels to explain the existance of tunnels under the Kent house.
