Synopsis:
A storm causes a smuggling ship to sink. The survivors escape in a raft and land on an island. They soon discover that the island is Blackhawk Island. The crooks then take control of the defenses against the Blackhawks. The Blackhawks are able to land on the island, but their own weapons are used against them. Blackhawk raids the museum and turns the War Wheel and Electronic Brain loose against the crooks. Eventually the smugglers are defeated, and the Blackhawks are left to rebuild the island.
