Synopsis:
The Blackhawks rescue the pilot of a flying saucer when it crashes on Earth. The alien named D'Lor claims to be a diplomat from Mercury. He is pursued by criminals. The Blackhawks delay the other aliens long enough for D'Lor to recharge his weapon at a nearby atomic plant. However, they soon discover that D'Lor is a criminal and his pursuers are law officers. The team realize their mistake too late as D'Lor has had time to recharge, but the Blackhawks stop him anyway. The alien criminal is then turned over to the authorities.
