Synopsis:
The Blackhawks test several experimental weapons and inventions. After the testing is finished for the day, masked raiders steal most of the inventions and use them for crime. The Blackhawks manage to stop a few crimes, but are unable to capture the gang leader Baron Kram. Blackhawk then utilizes the radio frequency of a robot invention to locate Kram's hideout. The Blackhawks raid the island and are temporarily trapped, but Blackhawk uses the robot to free his men. The Blackhawks then apprehend the gang and take custody of the stolen weapons.
