Synopsis:
Blackhawk is injured while trying to apprehend a gang of bandits stealing missile parts. The injury causes Blackhawk to be confined to a wheelchair until it heals. Blackhawk tries to continue his duties in the wheelchair, but he ends up being a hinderance.

Blackhawk then constructs an armored buggy that will allow him to continue crimefighting without the use of his legs. He immediately puts the buggy into action against the missile thieves. The machine proves successful as Blackhawk is able to capture the crooks.
