Synopsis:
Stanislaus goes undercover at a circus to expose a smuggling ring. While at the circus, he meets up with Tiny Big the Tom Thumb Blackhawk. Stanislaus fills Tiny in on the situation, and they look for the smugglers together.

Stanislaus is captured by the smugglers after following one of them from a dart game, where the smugglers exchange their goods. Tiny also discovers the dart game as the source of the smuggling. Tiny then hides himself inside one of the cupee dolls that contains the stolen goods. When the crooks open the doll, Tiny surprises them. He frees Stanislaus and together they take down the smugglers.
