Part 3: "Ectoplasmic Death"
Synopsis:
Dr. Psycho escapes from prison by faking his own death. Then, disguised as Wonder Woman, he steal a new War-Prevento Machine from Military Intelligence. The real Wonder Woman tracks down Dr. Psycho and retrieves the machine.
Wonder Woman then locates Psycho's former wife Marva, whom the master criminal is using to generate his ectoplasm disguises. Psycho sets a trap for the Amazon and her friends. Wonder Woman narrowly escapes from danger and helps Marva free herself from Psycho's influence.
Without Marva to act as his medium, Psycho allows himself to be sent back to prison. Once inside, he contacts Joan White, his former secretary, whom he can also use to create ectoplasm. Psycho escapes again, then courts Etta Candy, intending to use her against Wonder Woman. However, Oscar Sweetgulper, Etta's other suitor, blows Psycho's cover. Wonder Woman then defeats Psycho and sends Joan to Reform Island, beyond the influence of Dr. Psycho.
