Synopsis:
Dr. Novel claims to have invented a metal that can withstand an atom bomb blast. During a test of the metal, the metal seems to work. However, Wonder Woman is suspicious. Dr. Novel steals her magic lasso, then replaces it with a phony. When the Amazon uses her lasso on the scientist forcing him to tell the truth about the anti-atomic metal, Novel is able to lie convincingly. The government then awards him a billion dollar contract.

Wonder Woman eventually discovers that her real lasso was stolen. She sends the Holliday Girls undercover to Novel's laboratory where they uncover evidence of Novel's fraud. Novel captures Wonder Woman with the real magic lasso. Etta Candy is able to provide a distraction, allowing Wonder Woman to escape and prevail.
