Synopsis:
The mayor of Smallville hosts a foreign leader on a visit to Smallville. When the mayor introduces the prime minister to Superboy, the Boy of Steel is wearing a scarecrow costume. Superboy then performs a rescue by scaring some crows.

Superboy then appears dresses as Humpty Dumpty, Little Boy Blue, and Cupid. Each time he makes rescues in ways consistent with the costumes.

The mayor is puzzled and embarrassed by Superboy's behavior. He believes the Boy of Steel has gone mad. Superboy then explains that he participated on a game show for charity and the costumes were part of the show.
