Synopsis:
While pretending to be a charity worker, criminal boss Doc Devoe plants a camera on Superboy. Devoe and his men then watch Superboy on a closed circuit television in hopes of learning his secret identity. Superboy discovers the camera, then blinds the crooks by allowing the camera to record a lightning strike hitting his body. Superboy then tricks the crooks into believing that he has revealed his home address. When the crooks show up, the Boy of Steel apprehends them.
