Synopsis:
Bert Grant, a hunter and friend of Professor Lang, wants to be a member of the Great Hunters’ Society. However, due to his extreme cruelty, the members will not admit him. Frustrated by his lack of recognition, Grant challenges Superboy to an around-the-world Super-Hunt. The Boy of Steel interprets the clues left by Grant, and discovers that Grant is dying of radiation poisoning. Superboy lets him die happily, and it is learned that Grant saved the world from a dangerous plague. He is posthumously honored by the society.
