Synopsis:
Criminal inventor Dr. Rigoro Mortis designs a super-powered robot named Super-Hood. Working with Georgie Craft's gang, Mortis uses Super-Hood to set traps for Littleville's mysterious super-heroes. When the crooks rob a bank, Robby Reed uses his H-Dial. He becomes a freak hero named Whoozis with super-bouncing powers. Robby falls into Super-Hood's trap, so he uses the H-Dial to become Robby in order to escape.

Robby dials again becoming another freak called Whatsis. The boomerang-shaped hero locates Super-Hood, but falls into another trap. Finally Robby become Howzis, a pinball machine hero with various powers. As Howzis, Robby is finally able to overcome his opponents. Robby later learns that an electrical storm was likely responsible for his freak transformations.
