Synopsis:
The Scarecrow begins a new campaign of crime beginning by robbing a hat show. He leaves clues behind at the scene of each crime which use words that rhyme with hat. Batman and Robin decipher the clues and show up to stop the crook, but they fall into a trap. The Dynamic Duo escape the death trap set for them and trail Scarecrow to the scene of another robbery where they apprehend him.
