Synopsis:
The Penguin is pronounced dead after suffering a heart attack in jail. In accordance with his wishes, a funeral is held. Batman suspects a trick and opens the coffin which has Penguin inside. After the funeral, two of Penguin's henchmen dig up the coffin. They attempt to revive their boss with a code word, but it doesn't work.

The henchmen then proceed to hijack a helicopter to break Kadaver out of prison. The Penguin and Kadaver had a plan to escape from prison. Kadaver did not give out the real code word until he was freed. Once the escape is successful, Kadaver awakens the Penguin from his death-like state.
