Synopsis:
Clark Kent saves the life of department store heiress, Patricia Randall. He then learns that Randall's boyfriend, Count Bergac, is trying to marry her in order to graft from her company. Superman tries to foil his plan by making him look bad to Patricia.

Still the next day, Patricia marries the Count and turns control of the company over to him. Superman finds out that the Count had the real Patricia kidnapped and hired an impersonator. Superman foils the plot and rescues Patricia. She then has Bergac arrested and fires her board of directors for graft.
