Part II:"A Captain of Krypton"

Synopsis:
Superman undergoes a procedure that will allow him to relive past lives. Jimmy Olsen uses time travel in order to observe Superman's experiences. In the first life, Superman is a Kryptonian warlord possessing super strength named Erok. Jimmy becomes an officer in Erok's army, but soon finds the warlord's methods to be barbaric. Jimmy turns traitor in order to rescue a princess. He is then teleported through time to his next destination.

In another of Superman's previous lives he is a pirate captain known as Skuldor. Jimmy again is forced to act as a traitor in order to save a merchant ship. Skuldor uses v-goggles which grant x-ray vision to find Jimmy, but Olsen disappears again into a time.

This time Jimmy finds Superman's double Klar-Don working at a Kryptonian newspaper. Jimmy also finds his own double Jol-Lar and discovers that Klar-Don uses a flying belt to become the hero Skyman. Klar-Don uses amnesium gas to block Jimmy's memories. When Jimmy returns to his own time he has no recollection of Superman's past lives. Superman himself finds the details to be fuzzy, but he recalls that Klar-Don acted to protect his secret identity. He also finds it ironic that in each of his past lives, he possessed super powers.
